Salmon recipe

I wanted to add my favorite salmon recipe and I know it isn't a shellfish recipe, but I still wanted to pass this one on... its a good one!
Salmon recipe:
• 3 Tbs. Butter
• ¼ cup White Wine
• ¼ cup lemon juice
• 2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• 1 Tbs. Thyme
• 1 Teaspoon salt
• ½ Teaspoon pepper
Mix the sauce together and then pour over salmon before baking it. I even like using this sauce over my rice when its being served. Enjoy!
